This workbook is based on empirically-supported CBT research to reduce anxious distress in youth. This newest edition is a revision of the original Coping Cat Workbook by Philip Kendall that has been in use since 1992. The workbook includes 16 therapeutic sessions promoting coping skills to deal with anxiety along with reproducible worksheets. This workbook is geared toward youth ages 7-13 with anxiety. For adolescents, use the C.A.T. Project.
